Charles C. Helmer IV

Charles C. Helmer IV is a PhD candidate at Durham University. His research is focused on God’s hearing of human speech and its implications for theology proper and theological anthropology. He is interested in the Creator-creature relationship and philosophical and theological understandings of that relationship that are consistent with classical theism, broadly conceived, and account for God’s engagement in and with creation. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.Div. Before pursuing postgraduate studies, he worked in the information technology industry. He’ll celebrate his 12th anniversary with his wife, Christy, during the conference.
