Tiago Arrais is a teacher of Hebrew Bible and Philosophy at UNASP (Adventist University of São Paulo – Brazil). He holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in the area of Hebrew Bible and Philosophy from Andrews University (Berrien Springs, Michigan – USA). His doctoral dissertation was on the influence of extra-biblical philosophical presuppositions upon the understanding of the God-human relation in the book of Exodus. His fields of interest include: Biblical Narrative, Biblical Interpretation (Hermeneutics), and more recently, Philosophy of Language.
